Being a teen or young adult can feel overwhelming so much is changing, and it’s not always easy to keep up, let alone feel understood. In therapy, we’ll work together in a space that’s grounded, respectful, and genuinely focused on what matters to you. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, attention challenges, or just trying to make sense of relationships and identity, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I offer support through:

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion practices tailored for neurodivergent teens and young adults to reduce anxiety, depression and stress 

  • Sensory and somatic strategies that support calming the nervous system and enhancing emotional regulation

  • Executive function coaching to support life's constant need to juggle, plan, make decisions, solve problems and organize. 

  • Social skills development to foster meaningful peer connections

  • Trauma-informed care rooted in polyvagal principles and relationships

  • Guidance through major life transitions (e.g school, work, independence)
