I trained as a speech-language therapist (City University London, 2001) and worked as a licensed speech pathologist. I hold a master’s in psychology (Liverpool University) and a doctorate in psychology (California Southern University). Currently, I work at the Center for Connection providing therapy and assessment to neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

Sessions are primarily held securely online, giving you flexibility and comfort.

I’m out-of-network and don’t bill insurance directly but provide superbills for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

Yes. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I provide Good Faith Estimates of expected costs upon request or before we begin working together.

I integrate trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approaches with Compassion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, attachment based and somatic approaches.

Sessions are usually 50-55 minutes. In our first meeting, we’ll explore your goals and how I work, so you can decide if it feels right.

Yes, for scheduling or non-urgent matters via email.

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice so I have time to offer your spot to others on the waitlist. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. I understand that emergencies sometimes happen (illness, accidents, etc.); in those cases, I offer to reschedule within 2–3 business days if I have openings, without a fee.

I’m not able to provide emergency services. Please call 988, go to the nearest emergency room, or use other crisis resources if you need immediate help.
