All services are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive of LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals.
The NEST Groups are designed for women seeking emotional support, community regulation, and practical skills for everyday life. Through short guided meditations, shared stories, and compassionate witnessing, participants create a safe space to connect, reduce isolation, and embrace our shared humanity.
