All services are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive of LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals

Being a teen or young adult can feel overwhelming when so much is changing, and it’s not always easy to keep up, let alone feel understood. In therapy, we’ll work together in a space that’s grounded, respectful, and genuinely focused on what matters to you.

I offer support through:

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion practices tailored for neurodivergent teens and young adults to reduce anxiety, depression and stress 

  • Sensory and somatic strategies that support calming the nervous system and enhancing emotional regulation

  • Executive function coaching to support life's constant need to juggle, plan, make decisions, solve problems and organize. 

  • Social skills to foster meaningful peer connections

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Guidance through major life transitions (e.g school, work, independence)
